A contract between the Buyer and the Seller may occur in two ways.

§3 Conclusion of contract and implementation

§4 Right to withdraw from the contract

11. The seller may suspend return of payment received from the Consumer at the time of receiving the items back or delivery from the Consumer evidence of its return, depending on which event occurs first.

13. §5 Liability

10. - to demand elimination of the defect.

15. The seller is responsible for the warranty, if the physical defect is found before the expiration of two years from the date of issue of the items to the Consumer, and if the subject of the sale is the thing that is used before a year elapsed from the date of issue things to the Consumer.
16. 18. In the terms specified in §5, para 15-17 , the Consumer may file a statement of withdrawal from the contract or reduce the price because of a defect in the physical item sold, and if the Consumer demanded replacement things for free from defects or remedy the defect, the period for filing the disclaimer from the contract or reduce the price starts from the moment when the ineffective expiry of the term for the exchange of the thing or of the defect.
19. 21.
