What distinguishes Boss DAC?
Boss DAC is unique because of the mode of action. First, the power is distributed on 3 channels and is filtered: the first, on the digital side, the second, on the analog side and a third for clocks. Then, a second filter (LDOs) is used to further mute the noise. In this stage, one of the best modules on the market, is used - LT3042 from Linear. In addition, Japanese oscillators with NDK, with very low clock jitter, are used.
Ultimately, in the analog stage, a condenser foil is ued to disconnect DC power for the TI IC (ceramic may have some distortions). Additional supercapacitor helps in achieving, for example, deep bass.
