Product description: Zortrax M300 Dual
Zortrax3D printer, designed to print elements with dimensions of 265 x 265 x 300mm. Zortrax M300 Dualhas been enclosed in a sealed working chamber. It has a color LCD touch screen. The printer is equipped with aWiFimodule, USB andEthernetportsandhas built-in sensors that enable continuous control of printing. It is designed for both private and professional use. Placed in the M300 Dual Extruder with a double hotend and two separate heads allows you to create models with a variety of geometries difficult to obtain on printers working with only one material. It alternates between model material and water soluble material.
Blackout response system
Protects the printer from power failure. Thanks to the built-in capacitors, the printer is able to operate until the time necessary to automatically save the print progress. In the event of a power failure, the device will issue a message whether to continue printing or start again.
Material sensors
They allow the detection of all kinds of errors such as: lack of material, incorrect placement of the filament, cloggingof the head or pause during operation. They also reduce possible losses of material. The device is equipped with a camera to control the entire printing process at all times.
Print at will!
The M300 Dual supports a variety of work platforms and has the ability to use different filaments, regardless of which manufacturer you choose. You will have the ability to configure the ideal filament type to match the type of printed item. You will be able to print any difficult component, because the M300 Dual works on two pillars, one modelling and one supporting pillar (ultimately water soluble) and there is a possibility of single ordouble extrusion.

3D printer operation Zotrax M300 Dual
Work with the printer starts with preparing a model in any CAD program with the possibility of saving the file to the following formats: .stl,.obj, .3mf or .dxf.Then, after starting theZ - SUITEprogram and restoring the file, it should be saved to the .zcodex format(a model divided into individual layers, which the printer will read as a scheme of horizontal and vertical movements of the extruder and platform). Here you will also select the type of material from which the model is to be made. The next stepwill be to turn on the printer and load the appropriate materials selectedin the Z - SUITE program. While working with the printer it is possible to stop, interrupt, start the process at any time. The printer can also be operated using the touch screen located at the front.

The base of Zortrax M300 Dual 3D printer's construction is an airtight working chamber in which the printing process takes place. The role of the printer's control panel is played by a multi-color LCD touch screen with a resolution of 800px x 480px. The printer has a wide range of possibilities of communication with a computer and mobile devices, thanks to the built-in support of wireless communication (Wi-Fi) and wired communication via USB and Ethernet cable. Built-in sensors enable real-time monitoring of the printing process. The printer is made from high quality components and has been designed for professional use, making the Zotrax M300 Dual a durable printer. The built-in dual extruder nozzle enables a much more accurate reproduction of the design file than standard 3D printers equipped with a single nozzle. Zortrax 3D printers - high accuracy printing down to the smallest detail
Although the Zortrax M300 Dual printer is similar to many 3D printers on the market from a basic technical point of view, it is worth mentioning that it is a product of Polish technical thought and its performance is very impressive. This printer model is actually a larger version of the M200. A particularly strong advantage of the printer is the large cubic capacity of the working area, which is 27000 cm3, as well as high accuracy in reproducing the smallest details contained in the input file.
