Product description: Luxonis Oak-D-Pro PoE - AI set for image recognition - Auto-Focus
Oak-D-Pro PoE is a camera manufactured by Luxonis that offers 4 TOPS processing power and gives you the ability to run any AI model. It has also been equipped with an IR LED (for night-vision) and an IR laser point projector (off by default). The device has three cameras - two stereo cameras 1280 x 800 px and one 12 Mpx Auto-Focus camera that allows you to capture color images at a resolution of 4032 x 3040 px. It uses Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) technology for communication and power. It has M12 PoE connector (instead of regular RJ45), M8 connector for IO connections, USB2 (D+, D-), IO cameras (FSIN, STROBE) and 2 other auxiliary IOs supporting UART, I2C or GPIO. The PoE version is fully compliant with 802.3af and PoE Class 3 standards at 1000BASE-T (1Gbps) speeds and has a microSD (uSD) card slot. A PoE switch (not included) is required to power the device via the Ethernet connector.
Myriad X VPU

Comparison of Auto-Focus and Fixed Focus versions
The Oak-D Pro module is available in two versions, Fixed-Focus and Auto-Focus, which differ only in the configuration of the central camera. The Fixed-Focus variant has a mechanically fixed (fixed-focus) lens, and the Auto-Focus model focuses automatically through a built-in electromagnet that dynamically controls the position of the lens .
- Auto-Focus cameras are recommended for observing objects in close proximity - in the range of 10 cm to 50 cm from the device. They can also be manually set to a specific focus position using the DepthAI API.
- Fixed-Focus cameras are used in environments with strong vibrations, they are used in devices such as drones.
