How does the ToF4M module work?
ToF4M Unit uses Time-of-Flight (ToF) technology to precisely measure distances. The VL53L1CXV0FY/1 sensor emits a laser pulse that is reflected from the object and returns to the sensor. The device measures the time it takes for the impulse to return and then converts this time into distance . Thanks to this, ToF4M is able to detect even the smallest changes in distance with exceptional precision of up to 0.1 mm.
