Description: Palette 2S Pro
The Palette 2S Pro is a powerful filamentbonding system. Thanks to a powerful welding kit and accurate electronics, the material can be delivered to the printer withoutcausing delays in printing. With the Palette 2S Pro, printers with a single printhead can print inseveral colours andcan build supports from other materials.
Wide range of materials
The Palette2S can work in a wide temperature range, so we can easily combine materials such as PLA,ABS,ASA,PETG,HIPS,TPUand manyothers.The device gives us the ability to change color, but it also allows us tochange the type of material,so that half of the printout can be rigid (print from PLA)andthe other half flexible (TPU). A great convenience is provided by water-soluble supports, printed with BVOH, or supports dissolved in d-limonene(HIPS).
Software for developers
Thanks to the software with alarge number of settings, we can use the Palette 2S Pro for any3D printer adaptedto work with a1.75 mm diameterfilm. The software allows for anaccurate selection of print elements,so that we can change the material for a given detail at will. The control programis available in a browser version as well as in a downloadable version for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.The version allows you to store models in the cloud.
More material - more possibilities
The Palette 2S Pro allows you to useas many as four different materials,so if you have a printer with one nozzle, you can use multiple filaments simultaneously. Each pillar has its own material management system, each of which is equipped witha precision stepper motor and an end of material sensor.In addition to the possibility of printing in severalcolors and severalmaterials, we can use the finishing mode of the pillar and combine into one material several reels on which there is little material left.
The advantage of 2S Pro over 2S version
Compared to the 2S Pro version, the 2S Pro version has a muchlarger spare parts package, alreadyincluded. In addition to the consumables, the Pro version is equipped with a filament welding system made of amore efficient heater and an aeronautical class aluminium housing. Thanks to the higher temperature tolerance, the device heats up faster and allows to connect the pieces of the pillar on average 20%faster.
