The Luxonis Oak-D SR PoE is a camera designed for advanced computer vision and robotics solutions, offering 4 TOPS processing power. It uses a Time of Flight (ToF) VGA sensor (640 x 480 px at 30 fps) that allows for precise depth measurements and improves low-light performance . The device is equipped with two OV9782 stereo cameras with a 1 MPx resolution with a "global shutter" shutter, which allow for high-quality image capture. The camera's IP67 housing guarantees its resistance to water and dust, making it suitable for industrial and outdoor applications. The Oak-D SR PoE model is built using Oak-SoM-Pro , which provides a compact design , facilitating installation and integration. Thanks to the PoE functionality, the camera can communicate with other computers using network protocols , and the built-in Flash memory allows programs to run in standalone mode.

Time of Flight Sensor
The Time of Flight (ToF) sensor in the Oak-D SR PoE uses advanced technology to measure depth by emission and detection of modulated infrared light. Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) connectivity
The Oak-D SR PoE camera uses Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) technology, which allows for simultaneous power and data transmission over a single cable. The 802.3af and PoE Class 3 standards provide a stable connection and power supply at 1000BASE-T (1 Gbps). This makes the camera easy to install and can be integrated into existing network systems without the need for additional cabling.
A PoE switch is required to power the device via the Ethernet port.
