Description
Module with non-volatile FRAM memory for data storage which is characterized by low power consumption and very high durability. Each byte can be read or saved 10 000 000 000 000 times. FRAMis also extremely stable in time, at room temperature, you can store the data even for 95 years.
The capacity of this system is 64 KB (8 KB), with the main microcontroller, it communicates via the SPI bus with the frequency of up to 20 MHz. The pins work with a voltage of 3.3 V and 5 V.
