Description
Module with non-volatile FRAM memory for data storage which is characterized by low power consumption and very high durability. Each byte can be read or saved 10 000 000 000 000 times. FRAM is also extremely stable in time, at room temperature, you can store the data even for 95 years.
The capacity of this system is 256 KB (32 KB), with the main microcontroller, it communicates via the SPI bus. The pins work with a voltage of 3.3 V and 5 V.
Pins
Pin | Description | |
---|---|---|
VCC | Supply voltage: 3 V to 5 V. | |
GND | The ground of the system. | |
|
The pin for protecting the saving of data. indicating the high status disables the ability to record data. Pin, by default is in the low status, pulled up to GND. | |
SCL | The clock line of the I2C bus. | |
SDA | The data line of the I2C bus. | |
