Product description: Camera 16 MPx IMX519 NoIR for Raspberry Pi - ArduCam B0386
The camera module produced by the ArduCam company has been specially designed to work with Raspberry Pi minicomputers. It is equipped with the IMX519 sensor without an IR filter (NoIR), which allows you to record in rooms with a high degree of darkness. The resolution of the camera is 16 MPx , its dimensions are similar to the official Raspberry Pi V2 camera. The board works with any version of the Raspberry Pi. It uses the CSI interface to communicate with the minicomputer.
What camera for the Raspberry Pi?
Raspberry Pi minicomputers are equipped with a CSI connector, so look for cameras that have the same connector and information about compatibility with Raspberry Pi 3B / 3B + / 4B. Some cameras, despite the CSI connector, can only work with the CM (Compute Module) or Nvidia version. Cameras can be used for image processing, 3D printing control, monitoring, object recognition and others using artificial intelligence.
