Product description: 3D printer resin - PrimaCreator Value Flex UV Resin 500 ml - Clear.
Colourless resincured with UV lightfrom 395 nm to 405nm, used in 3D printers. Product from the Flex line. Its models show increased flexibility and impact strength, which is between 65 and 75 D on the Shore hardness scale. Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) should be used to remove resin residues from finished prints. The product is sold in a500 mlbottle.
Performance features of PrimaCreator resin
- Finished prints have a uniform colour with a semi-matt surface. They render details in detail, have smooth transitions between layers
- The resin is mainly intended for DLP printers with a lower power UV light source used to cure the resin, includingZortrax InkspireandAnycubic Photon.
- Prepared prints have a hardness of 65 to 75 D on the Shore scale
- The curing time depends on the colour of the resin and ranges from 4 to 12 seconds per coat.
- Finished models can be dried in a special UV chamber from 2 to 5 minutes. In case of final curing in the sun, the printout should be exposed to UV for 10 to 20 minutes. In case of limited sunshine, this time increases up to 60 minutes.
- The highest quality components were used to produce the resin
- Useisopropyl alcohol(IPA) to remove resin residues from the printed model.
Always use protective measures when working with resin: nitrileglassesand gloves. |
