The NeoKey Trinkey is a module manufactured by Adafruit that combines the Adafruit Trinket M0 board with a slot for a Cherry MX compatible mechanical switch. The module is terminated with a USB connector , so it can be connected directly to the USB A socket on a computer or laptop. Additionally, the USB connector provides serial, MIDI or HID connectivity. The NeoKey Trinkey board also has a built-in RGB NeoPixel diode , which illuminates the mounted button in any declared color ( buttons and overlays must be purchased separately ). Adafruit NeoKey Trinkey is based on the ATSAMD21E18 microcontroller, has 256 kB of Flash memory and 32 kB of RAM.
