Product description: Kailh CHOC Switch Sockets - sockets for low profile buttons - 10 pcs - Adafruit 5118
Do you want to build your own mechanical keyboard, but you are discouraged by the vision of soldering each button separately? Kailh CHOC Switch Sockets, i.e. sockets for low-profile buttons, will solve this problem. Soldering will not be necessary , so assembly will become much easier. To mount the switches, simply insert them into the socket. If necessary, it will also make it easier to replace the buttons on the keyboard. The sockets are not compatible with the Cherry MX standard, they only work with low profile Kailh buttons .
