Description
The module is a combination of 3-axis digital gyroscope and compass. It allows you to measure acceleration and magnetic fields in the configurable ranges:±2 / ±4 / ±8 / ±12 gauss for the magnetometer and±2 / ±4 / ±6 / ±8 / ±16 g for the accelerometer. It communicates via the I2C bus, it is powered with the voltage of 3.3 V or 5 V.
The product is compatible with Raspberry Sample code and detailed information can be found inthe user guide. |
Connection
The sensor works with any microcontroller that has I2C interface, includingArduino. It hasPimoroni connectorthat allows direct connection to Raspberry Pi or use Garden HAT shield.
Pins
The board has 5 pins for self-soldering of goldpin connectors - 2.54 mm pitch (included).
