Product description: Cytron Maker Object - Digital distance sensor IR 38 kHz
A small digital distance sensor using theIR beamto measure, the sensor's operating range isadjustable. The distance at which it is able to detect objects depends on the colour of its surface, for black from15 cm to 60 cm,and for whitefrom 40 to 140 cm. The sensor is powered from 4.5 V to 5.5 V.We offer a dedicated CytronMaker Mini Sumorobot controller.
The sensor is closed in a black casing.
