In a large part of the technological processes taking place in many factories and other objects of an industrial nature, include the monitoring of the correctness and effectiveness of the results of the process in real time in accordance with its design settings. An example of such a process is robotic production of moving vehicles, where in addition to ensure the required strength of the material requires a complete repetition of the size of the individual elements within tolerance. One of the most commonly used types of distance sensors laser sensors. The principle of operation of such sensors is a directional emission of the laser beam. Time-of-flight is one of the methods that is used in the sensor. Method time-of-flight is to measure the time difference between beginning of signal transmission from the sensor until the return beam of this light, after reflection from the object back to the sensor.
