Arduino Pro Gatewayis a set containing a communication gateway, usingLoRalong-range protocol characterized by low power demand. The gateway offers up toeight channelsusing the868 MHzfrequency band at the same time, so it can receive up to eight LoRa packets at the same time. Designed by Semtech, theSX1301allows the gateway to communicate with multiple terminal devices over a large area. Arduino Pro Gateway is equipped withListen Before Talkfunction,thanks to which the device is able to listen to channels in real time and connect to them only when they are not busy. Thanks toArduino Createsoftware you can easily configure, share and manage the gateway remotely.

LoRa Connectivity and its applications
LoRa is both a protocol and an extensivelow-power long-rangecommunication network using (for Europe) the868 MHzfrequency band. LoRa is used in projects and applications ofthe Internet of things, where parameters such as long range, low power consumption and delays are required (data transmission speed for the LoRa protocol does not exceed several dozen kilobits per second).
