Product description: SparkFun Qwiic Quad Solid State Relay Kit - set with solid state relays - SparkFun KIT-16833
Set consisting of 4 relays SSR-40DA , plates for their mounting, wires and screws. Controlled via the I2C bus. The operating voltage is in the range of 2.5 V to 3.6 V (3.3 V recommended), and the alternating voltage of switching can be in the range of 24 V to 380 V AC . The nominal current is 40 A.

SSR relay what is it? How does an SSR solid state relay work? Construction of the relay
The abbreviation SSR comes from the English term for Solid State Relay and means a semiconductor relay, often called an electronic relay, whose task is to switch voltages, currents and frequencies. To put it simply - it is an electronic switch and switch , i.e. a device that opens and closes an electric circuit, and thus affects the operation of other devices located in the same control system. As the name suggests - it is made of semiconductor elements such as a transistor, thyristor or triac.
