Description: Adafruit Pro Trinket - Microcontroller - 3.3V 12MHz.
ATmega328 AVRmicrocontroller module equipped with 28 kb flash memory, 18 digital pins, analog inputs and 8 PWM channels. On the board there is a microUSB connector, thanks to which the chip can be programmed through Arduino IDE environment. This version works with voltage of 3,3 V. In our offer there is also a moduleworking with voltage of 5 V.
Presentation of the possibilities ofAdafruit Trinketboard.
Cooperation with Arduino
The device can be programmed through the Arduino environment, however, due to the small size of the board there are some differences:
- Pins 2 and 7 are not available due to their use for USB communication.
- The board operates at 3.3V and 12 MHz, so not all sample programs will work properly.
- The built-in 3.3 V controller has a current capacity of up to 150 mA.
- There is no FTDI circuit on the board, an external cable or converter must be used to connect the serial interface. The USB connector is only for program upload.
- Bootloader takes up 4 kB of flash memory, so the user has 28.672 b at his disposal.
