A kit that allows you to upgrade your Original Prusai3 MK3S3D printer. By using the components included in the package it is possible to implement the improvements introduced by the manufacturer in the latest version of the device markedi3 MK3S+. The kit includes among others improvedSuperPinda, used for leveling the heating table and improvedIR filament sensor. The manufacturer has also modified the Y axis bearing housings.Prusa i3 MK3/Sto MK3S+ upgrade kit is designedfor self-assembly. It is necessary in case of upgrading the MK3 version of the printer withMulti Material 2S kit (MMU2S).
Printed components are not included in the kit. You should print them yourself before disassembling i3 MK3S using PETG filament andSTL/G-code filesprovided by the manufacturer.

The most important improvements introduced by the MK3S+ upgrade kit
- The use of theSuperPinda sensormade the probe more insensitive to temperature changes. Advanced design and the highest quality sensor, allowed the elimination of the thermistor from the sensor design. SuperPINDA guarantees that the first layer of the model will always be printed the same.
- Improved plastic parts of X and Y axes. Additionally, Y axisbearing mountsare metal in this version, which makes the assembly easier.
- Minorimprovements to the extruderfor increased reliability of the 3D printer.
