Product description: Gravity - Expander MCP23017 I2C - 16 I/O - DFRobot DFR0626.
The MCP23017 output expander allows you to expand the system with an additional 16 I/O portsvia the I2C interface. It has a Gravity connector and standard goldpins. I2C address is set usingDIP switches. The outputs are divided intotwo sections: GPIOA and GPIOB. Each output also has a power section (VCC and GND). Using modules with MCP23017 circuits, the number of outputs can be extended up to a maximum of 128. 3.3 Vor 5 Vmodule supplied.
Expander of MCP23017 outputs with a wire.
