Question: Why does the tester expect phase in the right connector and neutral in the left connector, where customarily it is the phase that should be on the left side?
Answer: Actually, the device expects the phase on the right side. Polish standards do not prescribe a specific place to connect the phase, as a rule, most often it is the left connector, but the most important thing is that all outlets in the building should have the phase wire connected from one side: right or left.
