Description
The module allows you to easily supply 5 V or 3.3 V power to the prototype contact plate. One of the advantages of this system is the pulse converter, which thanks to its high efficiency, allows the consumption of up to 2 A for an output voltage of 5 V. The current efficiency of the 3.3 V stabilizer is 0.8 A. The built-in switch allows you to cut off power at any time .
Thanks to the installed connectors, the power supply can be provided in 3 ways:
- through connector for DC power with voltage ranging from 8 V to 18 V, for example, through the mains adapter
- through a round hole, with the so-called crocodile clips, voltage from 8 to 18 Volts, for example, using conventional wired laboratory power supply
- using the micro USB connector 5 Volts, for example, a charger for your phone, in this case the other sockets need to be disabled.
Voltage 5 V is derived on one side of the plate, and 3.3 V on the opposite.
Specification
- Input voltage: 8 V to 18 V is applied through the connectors: DC 2.1/5.5 mm or crocodile clips
- Possibility of connecting 5 V via a microUSB socket, in this case the DC connector and clips should be disconnected.
- Applied pulse converter for 5 V provides higher system efficiency
- Output voltage:
- 5 Volts with an accuracy of 4 %
- 3.3 V with 2% accuracy
