3D printer - Creality LD-002R
Extremely affordable printer model allows you to print models with a maximum size of 119 x 65 x 160 mm. Visually attractive casing with a transparent top makes it easy to observe the printing process. The device uses a photosensitive resin cured with ultraviolet light (UV). The thickness of a single print layer ranges from 0.01 to 0.05 mm, and the resolution of the LCD matrix is 1440 x 2560 pixels, which allows for 2K printing. The quality of 3D printer's work always depends on the uniformity of exposure of each batch of a given layer. In this model, this problem is solved by using a parallel matrix. A stable LED light source provides up to 30% more precision. Whereas advanced anti-aliasing solutions, i.e. solutions softening the edges and protecting against "fraying" of the model's edges increase the accuracy of the print even by 8 times. Thanks to this 3D printer Creality LD-002R allows to create e.g. jewellery or toy designs with a lot of details. Surface of the resulting models is smooth and glossy.
3D printer - Creality LD-002H
LD-002H model also works with UV LCD technology, but provides a slightly larger workspace, up to 130 x 82 x 160 mm. LCD projector mounted in the 3D printer with a resolution of 1620 x 2560 ensures uniform lighting of the entire print surface. The measure of lighting efficiency is the flux density, which in Creality LD-002H 3D printer has a value of 8000 UW/cm2. Possible to obtain a single layer of resin thickness ranges from 0.03 to 0.05 mm, and exposure of a single layer lasts from 1 to 4 seconds. The resolution in the X,Y axis is 0.051 mm. The LD-002H is controlled by a 3.5 inch color touch screen display.
