They are an excellent solution for anyone looking for a small, yet economical and efficient solution for laser material processing. The company also offers a wide range of laser modules that generate a single wavelength beam, RGB modules, as well as customized modules that can generate a beam of almost any possible length. In accordance with customer requirements for the construction of laser devices with non-standard technical parameters, Opt Lasers has completed its offer with a series of fiber lasers, laser heads with water cooling and specialized control electronics dedicated to laser devices. Because temperature stability is a key element in laser devices, Opt Lasers designers have also developed controllers for real-time temperature control. In order to obtain the results of work with the accuracy required by the customer, the manufacturer also offers a variety of optical devices that increase the accuracy of the laser and expand its basic capabilities.
Laser heads for engraving and cutting
Opt Lasers manufactures laser heads for engraving, cutting, marking and other material processing. Universal mounting, the ability to control a PWM signal and power supply from 12V - 24V, allows for quick installation and commissioning of the laser in various CNC machines, and thanks to low weight and compact dimensions, also in most 3D printers. All Opt Lasers devices are created under the guidance of qualified technicians and engineers, ensuring the highest quality of the final product in every detail. Rapidly advancing semiconductor laser technology means a large number of improvements in laser engraving equipment. High laser power along with increased operating temperature on the workpiece material combined with higher absorption of laser energy and reduced focal spot size, positively affects the laser life, compared to conventional CO2 lasers.
Laser heads for hobbyists and professionals
In the Botland store offer, there are "plug and play" lasers that can work with devices for engraving in wood and other dusty materials, small CNC machines, as well as 3D printers. The built-in adjustment of the lens allows it to precisely adjust its distance from the processing area. The laser can be controlled by an analog signal from the range of 0V - 5V as well as by PWM and TTL signals with a voltage range of 0V - 10V and 0V - 24V respectively. Built-in power supply with pulse converter and overvoltage protection allows to power the laser with voltage from 12V to 24V. The laser head has an integrated control system, which has a positive effect on saving energy from the power source and eliminates high frequency interference. The shape of the laser head allows efficient heat dissipation, so there is no need to install an external laser cooling system. According to the design, after one hour of continuous operation at full power, the laser increases its temperature by only 2°C - 3°C.
