PLH3D-XT-50 is a specialized laser head designed for engraving and cutting various materials. The head has dimensions of 40 x 40 x 140 mm and operates in the voltage range from 12 V to 24 V , and its maximum power consumption is 30 W. It is equipped with a laser diode with an optical power of 6 W and a wavelength of 450 nm , which enables precise engraving and cutting of wood, cardboard, rubber, paper, textiles, leather, plastic, as well as marking of stainless steel and titanium. A characteristic feature of this head is its ability to adjust the square point of the beam , which allows for achieving a very high resolution and facilitates cutting of thin materials. Additionally, the head is equipped with an advanced laser diode controller , which ensures efficient control with low power consumption and minimal heat production. Laser diode driver
The advanced laser diode controller in the PLH3D-XT-50 head ensures efficient control of laser power with low power consumption and minimal heat production . This controller enables precise and fast engraving and cutting, adapting to the dynamics of the CNC machine's movement. Thanks to the integrated microcontroller, the controller monitors the temperature and ensures soft start-up, which protects the laser against damage and increases the durability of the device.
Do not connect modulation input 1 and modulation input 2 at the same time. This may cause the engraving laser to malfunction.
