Product description: Qwiic 5 V Boost - 5 V step-up converter - AP3012K - SparkFun PRT-28203
Qwiic 5V Boost is a universal board that extends the compatibility of Qwiic systems with devices operating in the 5 V standard. Based on the AP3012 converter, the module increases the voltage of 3.3 V from the Qwiic bus to 5 V and makes it available via soldered pins. Additionally, built-in logical level converters allow for the conversion of I2C signals, and a set of jumpers allows for independent setting of voltage levels and pull-up resistors . This is a perfect solution for integrating devices such as SPS30, SEN54 sensors, fans or LED lighting with 3.3 V microcontrollers.
Qwiic 5V Boost is a universal board that extends the compatibility of Qwiic systems with devices operating in the 5 V standard.Special Features
- Compatible with 3.3V Qwiic system and 5V I2C devices
- Built-in AP3012 converter - stable 5V from 3.3V supply
- Independent setting of logical levels via 3V/5V jumpers
- Two TTL converters enabling bidirectional transmission
- Qwiic connectors and PTH pins for flexible connection
- SHDN output - possibility of programmatic switching on/off of the converter
