Description
Expander of pins on the basis of theMCP23017system, it extends the capabilities of the Arduino or Raspberry Pi with additional16 pins of I/O. It communicates viaI2Cinterface. The supply voltage is3.3 V or 5 V.
Key features
- Controlled via the I2C interface, expands 2 digital pins as 16 pins of I/O
- Configurable I2C address via jumpers A0 / A1 / A2
- Two connectors to connect: connector 6-pin 2 mm pitch or connector goldpin
- Works with a voltage of 3.3 V and 5 V
- Works with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, micro:bit, STM32, etc.
Pins
Board has a 6-pin connector with the wire in the kit. It communicates through an I2C interface.
