Product description: PiMoroni Explorer - expansion board with RP2350B and 2.8'' LCD display - PiMoroni PIM720
PiMoroni Explorer is an expansion board designed for learning and experimenting with electrical circuits. It allows you to build prototypes of small robots and your own electronic projects. It is based on the RP2350B Dual Arm Cortex M33 microcontroller clocked at up to 150 MHz with 520 kB SRAM memory. It is equipped with a clear 2.8'' IPS LCD display with a resolution of 320 x 240 px . On the right and left sides of the screen there are buttons that can be used to control a given project. Additionally, the Explorer has analog inputs, a piezoelectric speaker, servo outputs, Qw/ST connectors, connectors for connecting alligator clips, Reset and Boot buttons. At the bottom of the Explorer there is a small contact board for connecting components. The USB Type-C connector is used for power supply, programming and data transfer. A battery connector has also been mounted on the back of the board, so you can design and learn anywhere. The Explorer board is fully assembled and requires no soldering, and its dimensions are 107 x 85 x 16 mm. The kit includes 2 feet to allow the board to be placed vertically at an angle.

Microcontroller RP2350B
The Raspberry Pi RP2350 microcontroller is based on a dual-core Arm Cortex M33 operating at 150 MHz, which provides high performance while maintaining low power consumption. It comes in two versions - A (standard) and B with 48 usable GPIO pins . Compared to the RP2040, the RP2350 operates at a higher core clock speed and offers twice the SRAM memory.
