Overlay created by Pimorni company, designed for Raspberry Pi minicomputers. The board is equipped with 28 small RGB LEDs. LED SHIM has been produced in pHAT format, its thickness is only 0,8mm. The cap does not require soldering, just put it on GPIO pins of Raspberry Pi minicomputer. The LED driver chip used in the module is IS31FL3731. LED SHIM is compatible with any 40-pin version of Raspberry Pi.

Application of SHIM LED overlay
The SHIM LED overlay for the Raspberry Pi minicomputer is equipped with 28 RGB LEDs. It doesn't require any soldering to start working, just put it on the GPIO pins of the minicomputer. Using the overlay you can read status updates and notifications. It can also be used as a VU meter or as a bar graph from the sensors.
