Description
Chassis AlphaBot is a 2-wheel platform for building a mobile robot. The kit includes a platform, two micro DC motors with wheels and dedicated mounting. It has a line sensor, speed measurement module, proximity IR sensor, module Plus Uno, servo and an ultrasonic distance sensor. The platform is compatible with popular mini-controllers, for example Arduino or Raspberry Pi (you can connect them separately or they can also work together).
The platform is easy to install, to launch the robot simply install the motor, install the wheels and add any controller (e.g. Arduino Uno). On the platform there is a motor driver LM298P, voltage regulator LM2596 for a stable 5V voltage and the A/C TLC1543 converter, allowing the use of analog sensors with the Raspberry Pi. It also has a lot of connectors that facilitate the connection of additional modules.
The product is compatible with Arduino and Raspberry Pi The manufacturer offers auser guide, along with an exemplary program for Arduino and Raspberry. |
Uno Plus
Uno Plus is compatible with popular Arduino Uno module. This means that it can be programmed through the Arduino development environment IDE using available libraries. Pads, the so-called Arduino Shield also cooperate with the Waveshare module.
The board contains an ATmega328 microcontroller. It is equipped with 14 digital inputs/outputs, 6 of which can be used as PWM outputs (e.g. for motor control), and 6 as analog inputs. The system works with the ticking signal with the 16 MHz frequency. The module also has a USB connector, DC power socket, RESET button, and outputs for connecting the AVR programmer.
