Description
This book is a continuation of the publication "AVR Microcontrollers. Language C. Basics of programming". Also this time we are dealing with a number of interesting projects. The book was divided into two parts: workshop and practical. It is intended primarily for microcontrollers and hobbyists, as well as beginners and amateurs who had the opportunity to read the first part. Practical ways of programming are presented on examples of creating various software libraries necessary to operate many peripheral systems. The reader will also find here test applications useful while using these libraries in their own projects. The whole software is created using advanced techniques based on: events (EVENTS), program timers and multithreaded programming.
The information and library codes presented in the book will be used not only for AVR microcontrollers, but also for another family or even architecture. This is possible thanks to the development of source codes in C language, which can be easily transferred to other platforms (PIC, ARM, 8051 etc.).
An integral part of the book is the included DVD, which contains all the source codes prepared for compilation in Eclipse environment. The source codes have been checked and can be run on Atnel ATB kits for testing purposes without modification. This publication is a rich source of inspiration for creating your own projects and learning.
