IME3D

IME3D is a company founded in 2011. The scope of work covered by the activities of the IME3D company includes broadly understood research and development in terms of 3D printing technology, also with the introduction of children to this world. The guiding principle of the IME3D project is to discover and adapt 3D printing technology with the youngest users in mind. IME3D has over 30 patents in the field of 3D printing, and in 2019 it absorbed Panowin, which is famous for its many years of experience in research and development of 3D printing.

Development of the IME3D project over the years

The beginnings of the IME3D project date back to 2015, when the company was established as a pro-educational enterprise. Officially, the following year, the company was known as National Software Enterprise, and by the end of the same year, it was already working with over 200 educational institutions. In 2017, National Software Enterprise gained a new strategically important collaboration partner, Autodesk - a leader among developers of CAD software for engineers that enables advanced design. In 2018, National Software Enterprise becomes a 3D toy manufacturer, creating the IME3D Kid series. In the same year, the company changed its name to National High Tech Enterprise and begins cooperation with the Nanjing Research Institution of Additive Manufacturing co. LTD located in Shanghai. In 2020, IME3D releases the X-KIT educational kit.

The X-KIT educational kit from IME3D is a great way to introduce children to 3D printing technology. The set is supported by a mobile application that allows the robot to be programmed. The components for building the robot, designed using a dedicated mobile application, can be printed using any 3D printer. The X-KIT mobile application has default parameters pre-loaded, thanks to which the elements are perfectly measured, but still allows you to design your own elements from scratch.
