Description of product: SparkFun Redboard Qwiic
SparkFun ReaBoard Qwiic fully compatible with the popularArduino Uno module. This means that it can be programmed via środowsikoArduino IDEusing the available libraries. Lining, the so-called Arduino Shield they also collaborated with the module SprakFun. Thanks to the connectors on theSDA, SCL and IOREFfee will be compatible with future overlays.
SparkFun RedBoard Qwiic consistent with the plate, the development of the Arduino software, which uses some functions that are known from Arduino andcontains several key improvementscompared to the original RedBoard. A large part Qwiic RedBoard that usesa convenient system Qwiic Connect, which means that it does not require soldering or the expansion shield to connect it to the rest of the system!
Tile combinesthe simplicity ofArduino Unoalong with the stability of the connection of the processorsFTDI. On Board is a microcontrollerATSAMD21G18 32-bit/48MHz ARM Cortex-M0+with the distribution of findings, compatible withArduino Uno. Changes that you may notice when using the module are:
- MiniUSB connector - the large connector USB-B was replaced by a small convenient mini-usb connector
- The FTDI chip for communication with the computer used was a proven and stable module FT232
- The color of the tiles was changed from blue to red
In order to start Redboard Turbo, you need to connect the system to the computer usingthe mini usb cableand installFTDI drivers. Then inthe Arduino IDE, choose the Arduino Uno. |

The choice of tiles in the Arduino environment - for both systems in the options, select the module Uno. |
USB - UART Converter - Uno has a system Atmega16u4 with the appropriate software, on-Board RedBoard is a special chip FTDI FT232. |
Contacts digital and analog both plates have the same number of terminals located in the identical method. |
Arduino Board is manufactured with technology przewlekanej TNT, RedBoard, made in the SMD - solder surface. |
Operating voltage - both modules operate with voltages of 5 V and have a built-in voltage regulator 3.3 V. |
