Description
Pibrella is an extension to the Raspberry Pi B and B+ to connect many popular electronic circuits to the minicomputer. The module is ideal for users wishing to broaden their knowledge of electronics and control. Its main features are
- It works with Python language andScratch software,
- libraries with sample codeavailable onlinefor installation,
- The system is fully assembled, no soldering is required,
- The module can control devices with higher current consumption (up to 500 mA) than the standard GPIO minicomputer outputs allow,
- has built-in LEDs that can be used to detect errors in programs,
- There is an additional microUSB connector on the board to connect the power supply so that the system can operate, for example, smallDC motors orrelays,
- has extensive support in the form ofsample programs and descriptions, e.g.operation of: LED, button, sounder or external interruptions.
On the board are located:
- a touch button,
- the buzzer sound generator,
- red, green and yellow LEDs,
- controller - Darlington ULN2003,
- four inputs with security,
- four high power outputs.

The module can also be connected to the RaspberryPi B+leaving additional GPIO connectors free.
