Product description: Laser dust sensor - PM2.5 - PMS1003 - 5V UART.
A digital sensor used to measure the concentration of suspended dust particles in the air enables real-time monitoring of air purity. The measurement is carried out by pumping air through a fan. There, by means of a light beam, the laser captures suspended dust particles and pollutants from the air and then the light falls on the sensor and obtains the light scattering curve. The device measuresPM2.5. The systemis powered by5 V, whiletheinterfaceworks with3.3 V and communicates throughtheUART interface.
