Wio Terminal extension module for communication in LoRaWAN LoRa-E5 standard and GNSS at frequency 868 for EU and 915 for US. The module is also equipped with SMA antenna. It was based on STM32WLE5JC chip, which was the first in the world to integrate long-range LoRa RF communication with MCU. It is ARM Cortex-M4 and Semtech SX126X LoRa, supporting both LoRaWAN and LoRa protocols at world frequency and (G)FSK, BPSK, (G)MSK and LoRa modulations. The GNSS is based on the Quectel L76-LB chip and supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and QZSS. With 33 tracking channels, 99 acquisition channels and 210 PRN channels, it can find and track any mix of GPS, GLONASS and SBAS signals.
