The HMI module from M5Stack is an interactive module that allows human-device interaction. It is equipped with arotary encoder that allows the user to accurately control and adjust the parameters of the device, such as numerical values, option selection, etc. The module has two buttons that allow the user to perform simple operations such as confirming, canceling or navigating the interface. LED indicators are useful for visual indication of device status or user feedback. They can be used to indicate errors, activity or other important information. The module uses an STM32F030 microcontroller for data acquisition, and communicates with the M5Stack development module via an I2C interface. In addition, it is equipped with two Grove sockets (PortB and PortC), and has a built-in 500 mAh lithium battery.
