3D Printing - Snapmaker 2.0's flagship feature
Thanks to its sturdy design and the solutions used in the device, Snapmaker 2.0 allows for fast and precise printing. The device is good for both beginners and advanced users, if only because it has very intuitive software to operate the device in printer mode, which allows for numerous modifications. Thanks to heated workbench and direct type extruder we can use many printing materials. Finally, the problems with flexible filaments are over!
Improved printhead
The printhead has been redesigned with an improved cooling system, hot-end quick-change system, and improved quality of the extruder parts, which significantly improves the quality and consistency of the print.
Variety of supported materials
The printer supports various types of materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, WoodFill and LayBrick. You can choose layer thicknesses from 0.05 to 0.3 mm.
Automatic levelling
The printer is equipped with a proximity sensor, so the table calibration is done automatically. You can switch to manual mode and calibrate the table yourself.
Felt sensor
Precise sensor constantly monitors the state of the filament and in case of its lack stops the printing without damaging the printout. After refilling the material it is possible to resume printing.
Resume operation after power failure
SnapMaker 2.0 allows you to quickly resume printing after a power loss. To do this, simply press the "resume" button on the touch screen.
Enclosure included
The use of housing allows you to maintain a constant temperature during printing, which greatly facilitates the work with filaments such as ABS without the risk of deformation of the print.
High quality not only on paper
Thanks to the combination of steel, aluminum and perfectly matched parts the repeatability of the machine is as low as0.005 mm, a result that allows you to perform even short series production. Snapmaker 2.0 will prove to you that nothing is impossible and it is a pleasure to work with.
Laser engraving and cutting
The laser module allows for extremely precise cutting and engraving. You can create interesting items made of wood, leather, fabric and acrylic. With the 1.6W laser, you can cut selected materials and bring more professionalism to your designs. The laser module has a camera so that you can afford to perfectly adjust the working area to the actual workpiece.
SnapMaker 2.0 Printer Laser Module
The 1600 mW module allows you to engrave and cut materials such as wood, leather and plastic.
Built-in camera
The laser module has a built-in camera for Auto Focus and Camera Capture, making it easier to align the laser beam and achieve optimal engraving results.
Auto Focus
Engraving results are presented without the need to repeatedly test the focal point. The optimum parameters are selected automatically.
Camera image capture
The camera automatically takes a picture of the material placed on the workbench and sends the image to Luban's SnapMaker software where you can apply and edit patterns, giving you an accurate preview of what the final result will look like.
Acrylic casing
The housing is made of material that protects against the harmful effects of the laser on your eyes. In addition, the set includes protective goggles OD6.
Built-in fan
The built-in fan allows you to extract the fumes generated during the laser engraving process.
3-in-1 Software
Are you impressed with the capabilities of Snapmaker 2.0 ? If so, you need to know that the software allows you to control all of the Snapmaker 2.0 functions! The configuration panel is designed so that you have access to all functions. No more searching for separate software for your 3D printer, laser router, and CNC milling machine, everything is in one place.

CNC module in operation.
CNC machining is just another advantage of Snapmaker 2.0
The CNCmodule allows precision machining of materials such as wood, acrylic, carbon fiber sheets, or even PCB laminate. Start making your own PCBs and create your own sculptures, see what you can use this feature for! The set includes a wooden table and a set of hooks that prevent the material from moving.
CNC carving
The new CNC carving module uses ER11 collets with better concentricity for more precise and consistent results. The collets are interchangeable with other sizes. The module is compatible with drill bits with diameters from 0,5 to 6,35 mm.
Working speed of the CNC module
The spindle can operate from 6000 to 12000 revolutions per minute as required.
CNC working platform
The carving platform made of MDF provides stability and accuracy while working.
Snapmaker 2.0 modular design
Imagine that one design can replace several tools in the workshop. That is exactly what the Snapmaker 2.0 is! Its modular design allows you to fully customize the functionality to your needs. We are not dealing here with a series of machines, Snapmaker 2.0 is a powerful tool for people as creative as you.
The device is built with modules that make it easy to expand.
The process of assembling the device takes very little time.
Extremely easy to assemble!
Snapmaker 2.0 makes the process of assembly as easy as possible, the motors are built into the profiles and the plates for connecting the components are permanently attached to the linear systems, so it is safe to assemble and use the device. Unlike amateur counterparts that take hours to assemble, the Snapmaker 2.0 will only take a moment to assemble, with the added support of a paper and electronic manual.
Wi-Fi connectivity and touch screen
For maximum convenience in setting up Snapmaker 2.0 has been introduced Wi-Fi communication. In addition to uploading files to the device, you can also easily update them, on devices in the local network you can run the console that controls the device. The control module is equipped with Android and a fast processor, so controlling the device is very simple and fast.
A large touch screen makes it easy to use the device.
The device is equipped with numerous procedures that will certainly help beginners to get started. The automatic work table leveling eliminates the problem of having to calibrate the platform every few prints. The function of returning to work after a loss of voltage provides an extraordinary security, we do not have to be afraid that during the accidental disconnection of the device from the power supply we will lose our work. Improved relative to the previous version of the device print cooling system allows us to create parts that will be partially in the air without the use of supports. Elastic pad increasing adhesion makes the printout stick to the table without any additional preparations. We also do not have to use tools to unstick the printout from the platform, just bend it and the printout will fall off. The camera built in the laser module is an invaluable help in determining the area on which the laser works, No more self-centering on a part with an unusual shape. Linear modules have been fully enclosed, thus avoiding the possibility of seizure of moving parts by getting chips or dust.
Are you afraid that you will not be able to handle the device? You do not have to worry about it! The manufacturer provides a manual that explains step by step how to assemble the device and how to configure it for specific functions, this is a huge advantage.
Increased work safety with the chamber designed for the A150
The casing, which elements are made of aircraft aluminum alloy, which is characterized by high strength and low weight, and acrylic with a coating that filters the laser radiation used by the engraving module. The use of the chamber significantly increases the safety of working with the device. One of the systems increasing work safety is the chamber door opening sensor, which almost immediately stops the device in case of its opening. The chamber has an additional lighting system based on LED diodes and a ventilation system allowing for effective removal of vapours produced during operation of the device. The entire structure is airtight, which minimizes the risk of printout damage due to shrinkage, warping or tearing off the printout from the working platform due to a stronger gust of air. The airtight chamber also protects the work with CNC module , stopping all the small chips.

Mechanical Processing with Snapmaker 2.0 A150
The A150 is the smallest model in the Snapmaker 2.0 series of 3D printers. It is a great tool for creating small prototypes. By attaching the appropriate attachment, the Snapmaker 2.0 A150 printer can be turned into a miniature CNC machine tool. In this way, you can use it to produce metal objects, such as mechanical moving parts of machines, housing elements, as well as static structural elements.
Snapmaker 2.0 A150 - Laser engraving
The smallest of the Snapmaker 2.0 series, it is also an advanced machine that allows laser engraving on materials such as glass, wood and plastic. With this feature, we can make permanent markings on cases, reliefs, and create Christmas ornaments. Both in the case of using the functions of CNC machine tool, laser engraving and 3D printing, an important role is played by the enclosed housing, which effectively protects against metal filings produced by milling, laser light harmful to the eyes, and against harmful fumes of plastic 3D printing filaments.
