FEP foils - Creality

In this category, we offer FEP (fluorine ethylene propylene) films intended for installation at the bottom of the tank (vat) in which the resin for 3D printing is located. Creality FEP films are distinguished by an extremely high UV light transmission factor, which is necessary to cure the resin used for 3D printing. During the use of the 3D printer, FEP foils are gradually worn out, so they need to be replaced regularly.

FEP films - properties and the most important information

FEP films are used e.g. in 3D printers that use a working material in the form of a light-cured resin for 3D printing. The range in this category includes Creality's high-quality FEP films with an ultraviolet (UV) transmittance of approximately 95%. Such a high result was achieved, among others, by thanks to the production, which takes place in dust-free conditions. In addition, they are resistant to high temperatures. Another advantage of Creality's FEP film is the ductility of 300%.

Creality FEP films available in the Botland store offer

In this category, we offer FEP films compatible with selected models of Creality 3D printers (including Halot-Lite, LD-006 and Halot-Sky). The films are distinguished by an extremely smooth and uniform structure. There are e.g. foil variants with a thickness of 0.15 mm to 0.2 mm. High thermal resistance of up to 200°C ensures universal use and long service life.

We offer consumables for Creality printers in the form of FEP foil with dimensions of 266 mm x 190 mm. It is worth remembering that the FEP film cannot be cleaned with tools that can scratch its surface. On the edges of the film there are mounting holes for stable and safe attachment of the film to the tank (vat) in which the light-curing resin is located.
