TheLCD screenused in the SL1 for resin curing has a diagonal of5.5 inches and a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. In this configuration, the size of a single pixel is only0.047 mm, which is at the same time a constant value ofX and Y axis resolution.

Movable resin tank
Innovative design of the resin tank allows it tochange its position angle.Thanks to this, after the next layer is applied, the printout is not lifted vertically above the bottom of the reservoir. This enables moreefficient mixing of the resinand makes it easier to create larger surface layers. This improves the quality of prints and increases the speed of operation.

Flexible FEP film to protect the resin tank
The bottom ofthe resintankin SL1 is covered witha flexible FEP foil. This is a durable transparent material that ensures that the container is leakproof. The manufacturer provides for asimple replacement ofthe film in case of damage. This action is limited to unscrewing a few screws.

Automatic calibration of Prussia SL1
The use ofa ball joint, which is an element connecting the printing platform with the arm enabling its vertical movement, significantlysimplifies the process of PrussiaSL1calibration. It is limited to loosening the fixing screw and starting the automated procedure from the menu level.

Resin level sensor
