The Korad KA3305D 3-in-1 Power Supply (2x 0-30V/0-5A + 1x 5V/3A) is a triple laboratory power supply with digital programming of the most frequently used settings. Two knobs with pushbuttons allow for smooth adjustment of output parameters, allowing you to switch between coarse and fine adjustment.
The 10-button keypad allows you to save up to 5 of your most useful sets of settings, and also allows you to select the operating mode of the main outputs (serial, parallel or independent), enable or disable the current or voltage limiting functions (OCP/OVP, respectively), and (de)activate all outputs simultaneously with a single button press.
Power supply functions and parameters
The Korad KA3305D 3-in-1 power supply features two main 0-30V/0-5A outputs and one constant voltage 5V/3A output (non-adjustable). This allows for convenient powering of digital and analog single-supply systems without occupying any of the main outputs – these can be used to power more demanding components of the device.
Series connection doubles the maximum output voltage (up to 60V @ 5A), while parallel operation doubles the allowable current load (up to 10A @ 30V). Like other laboratory power supplies of this type, the KA3305D model is based on a mains transformer.
