The PGA2040 board has as many as 30 general purpose input/output pins. This is up to 4x more than in the case of the Raspberry Pi Pico. Programming versatility is also a great advantage - the PGA2040 can be programmed using C++, MicroPython or CircuitPython. Its equipment has been reduced to the necessary minimum - it does not contain an LED indicating the operating status, additional utility buttons, or even a USB connector - you need to connect your own USB connector to upload the program.
