Home automation is an almost eternal dream for many people. The possibility of remote lighting control, automatic raising and lowering of blinds (in response to the light level or time of day), or finally emergency switching off of an iron left in a hurry, seem to be synonymous with modern, comfortable life and attention to ergonomics in all its aspects. Did you know that to perform such tasks you do not need an extensive, expensive installation with kilometers of cables connecting dozens of various modules scattered throughout the house?
Today, to build a Smart Home network, just a few small modules are enough, connected to each other completely wirelessly and controlled from anywhere on Earth using an easy-to-use mobile application.

GOSUND – small modules with powerful capabilities

GOSUND devices are a response to the growing user demand for easy-to-install and configure devices intended for the automation of various types of home appliances. The simplest and most universal are smart WiFi sockets, which allow you to control any network device (household appliances, electronics, or lighting).

A good example here is the Gosund SP111 model - although the overall dimensions are not much different from single sockets mounted on garden extension cords, the compact housing houses an electronic controller equipped with a WiFi transceiver and a relay enabling the switching of loads with a power of up to 3680 IN! All you need to do is properly configure such a "smart socket" by pairing it with the Tuya Smart mobile application. From now on, it will be possible to remotely control the equipment plugged into the socket from anywhere in the world - cloud technology enables stable connection to the socket even from a network with a variable IP address, i.e. using any modern network router.
