Spectrum PLA - a series of filaments with high mechanical strength
To print figurine models of our favorite characters from games, movies, fairy tales or containers for small mechanical elements or food on a 3D printer, we will need filament. One of the most popular filaments for 3D printing is PLA, e.g. Spectrum PLA in Lime Green. This filament is of completely natural origin and is easy to finish and resistant to mechanical damage. In addition, the fumes generated during printing with this filament are non-toxic.
Spectrum PLA - low melting temperature and easy maintenance of the 3D printer
Unlike other thermoplastic filaments, Spectrum PLA Lime Green filament is characterized by a relatively lower melting temperature. Printing can be started at a temperature of approx. 180°C, while ABS filaments require heating to a temperature of approx. 250°C. Thanks to this, Spectrum PLA Lime Green filament has a lower tendency to warp and clog the printer's outlet nozzle, and the final print effect is characterized by more accurate reproduction of details than in the case of thermoplastics requiring a higher working temperature in the 3D printing process.
