Description
Module forArduinowith stereo sound codec Wolfson WM873. It has 24-bit ADCs and sigma-delta DACs with interpolation filters. Variable sampling frequency function allows Arduino modules to process sound in real time.
The board features WM8737 chip pins, microphone jack, line-in and stereo jack headphone output. Apart from dedicated jacks for these outputs you can access them through2.54 mm goldpin connectors (notincluded, sold separately).
The circuit communicates through the SPI bus. It is compatible with ArduinoUnoboardandderivatives. It does not work directly with Arduino Mega. Since the sound has to be processed in real time, the code should be fast and not too long. Manufacturer says that the processing speed is increased 4x using LeafLabsMapleboard(thanks to higher clock speed).
Product compatible with Arduino The manufacturer providesa user guideandsample code with the library. |
