Module with a joystick and buttons connected directly to the ports on Arduino. It is supplied with2-axes lever and five buttons.In form and functionality it is reminiscent of a Nintendocontroller. The layout is designed for self-assembly, requires a simple soldering of the main components (see step by step instruction).
Small tact-switchbuttons are connected to Arduino digital outputs 2 to 6. Pressing the button causes a low statues on the respective pin.To determine the state when the button isdisclosed, internalpull-up resistors are used.The movement in the vertical axis causes a change in voltage on the analog input 0, horizontal movement reads the level from the analog output number 1.
