Product description: SparkFun Brushless Motor Driver - BLDC motor driver - TMC6300 - SparkFun ROB-21867
BLDC brushless motor driver from SparkFun equipped with the TMC6300 chip from ADI + Trinamic. SparkFun Brushless Motor Driver is an easy to use and extremely effective driver designed for a three-phase motor. The input voltage range is 2 V to 11 V and the maximum current is 2 A (1.4 A RMS). Separate high-side and low-side controls allow precise control of each motor commutation phase. The board is also equipped with thermal protections , which turn off the system when exceeding 150°C, and short-circuit protections .
The pins of the board are solder pads to which appropriate connectors should be soldered.
Description of the controller pins
The board has outputs in the form of solder pads. Appropriate connectors should be soldered to them (e.g. goldpin pins, raster 2.54 mm), and connected according to the dependencies below:
- VIN - input voltage pin from 2 V to 11 V
- VI0 - input / output voltage pin from 1.8 V to 5.25 V
- VCP - regulator pin
- GND - system ground
More information about the pins can be found in the user's guide prepared by the manufacturer.
