Product description: Human Static Presence Module Lite - mmWave 24 GHz sensor - MR24HPC1 - Seeedstudio 101991030
Human Static Presence Module Lite is a proposal from Seeedstudio in the form of a board that allows you to detect the presence and activities of a human . It also allows you to detect the movement and direction from which it comes, the speed of the object and the distance at which it is located. Moreover, the board offers the ability to adjust the basic parameters, including: adjusting the detection range, detection sensitivity, trigger threshold, important transition time and installation environment. The combination of these features makes the Human Static Presence Module Lite a module that will be used when building your own radars that detect the movement of objects.

A health-friendly mmWave radar sensor that uses FMCW distance measurement technology .
What does FMCW mean?
FMCW stands for Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave Radar. It is a type of radar sensor that emits a continuous transmission signal and can change its operating frequency during the measurement. What does this mean in practice? The transmitted signal is frequency modulated, thanks to which it is possible to measure both the distance and the speed of moving objects. FMCW radars are used wherever it is necessary to measure very short distances and high measurement reliability is required.
Suggested use
- Automatic outdoor lighting
