Product description: Kitronik Electro-Fashion programmable Igloo module
Kitronik Igloo is a programmable module from Electro-Fashion series equipped with PICAXE 14M2 microcontroller, which allows to develop smart clothing projects with additional modules, sensors or alternative power sources. On the board, there is an additional dimmable white LED and a built-in button.

Additional inputs/outputs
Built-in additional 6 inputs/outputs allows to develop created projects with additional possibilities. 3 connectors: C0, C1, C4 are digital inputs/outputs, while B3, B4, B5 are pins equipped with ADCs with PWM support. This configuration will allow us to use additional sensors to run our projects. Programming can be done with the official PICAXE software in BASIC or with block diagrams in Blockly.

Alternative power supply for the projects you are creating
Kitronik Igloo, thanks to the built-in JST connector, allows you to power the projects you create in different ways depending on your needs. If space is limited, a dedicated CR2032 or CR1220 battery cage can be used for power. If space is more limited, AA batteries or Li-Pol rechargeable battery with JST connector can be used. This will also allow you to extend the lighting time of the designed solutions. The supply voltage ranges from 3 V to 5.5 V.
